Contact support@someonespc.co within 14 days of delivery with the order reference and reason for the request. Wait for return instructions before mailing anything.
Return window
Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Factory-sealed products must remain unopened and in the condition received unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Condition requirements
For an agreed change-of-mind return, keep products in the condition received, with original packaging and seals intact. Report incorrect or damaged items through Contact and retain photographs. These instructions do not remove rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Return postage
Return instructions will confirm who is responsible for postage. Do not buy a return label or mail a product until the shop has provided instructions.
Cancellation requests
Contact the shop promptly with the order reference. Whether an order can be stopped depends on fulfillment progress.
Your rights
Nothing in these policies limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
